Lloyd Ellam is a cyber risk assessment and control specialist at Bell Security Solutions and is experienced in many mixed technology processes and test methodologies. He was Team Leader for secure semiconductor solutions, Team Leader for high speed and secure data collection satellite and ground-based systems. Mr. Ellam developed the verification and control system for seismic monitoring and control. He was the engineering and service leader for "mission critical" computer control systems for a global computer supplier, developing modeling, simulation and training for "hard down" utility controls. Mr. Ellam also served NATO and NORAD as a line officer specializing in Electronic Warfare and has done crisis control training in nuclear, chemical, and biological disasters. Mr. Ellam has been liaison to civilian authorities on national and international infrastructure. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the Royal Military College.
