Information Protection Policy

In the course of preparing for the Canadian InfoSec Summit 2005, Building Blocks Technologies and OCRI (Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation) will require information from participating individuals and companies. The conference organizers treat all information as strictly confidential and will not disclose this information unless authorized.

Contract Sponsorship Policies

The conference organizer (BBTI) shall regard the "Sponsorship Contract", upon receipt of the signed contract at OCRI Headquarters, as a formal application on the part of the forwarding company to participate in the Canadian InfoSec Summit 2005, in the capacity of a Sponsor. A non-refundable amount of 20% of sponsorship total fee is the responsibility of the Sponsor. To secure sponsorship, a 50% deposit of sponsorship fee is due upon signing of the contract, with the remainder due 30 days prior to the event. If the sponsor fails to provide full payment, it may result in a void sponsorship. All contract correspondence regarding the conference shall be directed to the conference organizer:

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be received in writing prior to March 15, 2005. Refunds for cancellations prior to March 15, 2005 are subject to a non-refundable amount of 20% of the total sponsorship fee. Cancellations after this date are subject to full sponsorship fee.
