Canadian InfoSec Summit Overview
IT Security and National Security are terms everyone is acutely
aware of, affecting all governments and corporations worldwide.
They raise real issues that are not going to go
away. Although the security sector has grown rapidly, the industry
is in its early stages. Companies and government organizations need
to be aware of existing and new security issues and understand the
tools needed to address them.
Building Blocks Technologies Inc., along with key industry partners,
Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI), University of
Ottawa and Algonquin College, is presenting the Canadian InfoSec
Summit 2005 in Ottawa, spring, 2005.
The Canadian InfoSec Summit 2005 will present world-renowned
keynote speakers in the security domain and will be sponsored by
some of Canada's largest corporations. North America's leading security
services, governments and technology companies will be participating
in this premiere event.
Positioned in Ottawa, Canada's technology capital and home to the
Canadian government and most of its departments, this city is the
natural choice for hosting this event.
Along with leading experts in the security industry, you will meet
with leaders in government, education and business. Our target audience
include Chief Information Officers (CIOs), government policy makers,
researchers and technology executives.
